Chichester, West Sussex based yoga and meditation teacher with over 16 years experience, including teaching in the UK, Australia, India and Spain.

Explorative and intuitive movement, with lots of time and space to tune into your breath.

The style leans towards slower, gentler, more restorative practice.

 

TLC sessions will start with gentle yoga movements, followed by an extended yoga nidra guided relaxation + time for tea before and after.

 

Asana (movement classes) are mixed pace to build warmth, plus plenty of time to absorb effort through relaxation.

All levels welcome. Perfect for complete beginners or experienced yogis.
