TLC sessions will start with gentle yoga movements, followed by an extended yoga nidra guided relaxation + time for tea before and after.
Asana (movement classes) are mixed pace to build warmth, plus plenty of time to absorb effort through relaxation.

In 2023, a collaborative project with the Teen Yoga Foundation will be launched - Yoga for Relationships and Sex Education. This is a professionals training course for yoga teachers working with teens, written and produced by Natalie. For the past seven years, she has worked with young people in education, social care and sexual health services settings. This project is her brain baby - weaving together some of the fundamentals of life - understanding, loving and accepting ourselves and finding genuine joy in how we relate to others and the world around us.
